More colored pencil blending practice.
It’s crazy how tough it is to get proportions correct in a 3/4 face. The one on the left is done in plain old Crayola crayons. The one on the right is pastel pencils.
This assignment was sketching faces with colored pencil. Which, like pen, doesn’t erase. Prismacolors are my very favorite art material, so this was super fun. And, I felt more confident drawing without a graphite sketch underneath.

I love getting new goodies in the mail. This was done with Stencil Girl stencils, distress inks, embossing powder and pens. Oh yeah, and some Pan Pastels.
